Open your very own Just Cuts at Westfield Newmarket, a NZ$790 million project started in early 2017 to create a world-class retail and lifestyle destination in the heart of Auckland. Incorporating multiple sites over four and half hectares, the Broadway site will be home to Auckland’s first David Jones department store, a new format Farmers department store, a Countdown supermarket and more than 230 new specialty stores.
The new Westfield Newmarket will have a gross lettable area of 88,150 square metres and is due for completion in the fourth quarter of 2019.
On completion the centre will reclaim its position as the largest retail complex in Newmarket, catering to a trade area population of almost 544,000 residents.

Just Cuts has a fixed weekly franchise service fee, based on 14 units a week, with a “unit” being the current price of a Style Cut™ cut. Regardless of the number of haircuts you complete each week, the fee remains the same.
Marketing Fees and Marketing support:

To cover the costs of the Just Cuts group marketing, there is a fixed monthly advertising fee, which is five units a week, paid monthly and covers all National Promotions, digital and social media support, branding, strategic advice, access to brand ambassadors, online marketing portal and more!
Training & Other Support:
Just Cuts provides mentorship and comprehensive training, starting with a two-day New Owner training session on salon day-to-day operations, retailing, marketing, social media and Team acquisition. Mentorship in new Team interviews and trials, and guidance through the new salon checklist will follow. Opening week consists of new Team training and induction, role playing in the salon setting, salon setup and the implementation of a bespoke Grand Opening strategy. Ongoing opportunities include Team Leader training, retail Empowerment events, Franchise Owner’s Conferences and quarterly Franchise Owner’s meetings.
Very low percentage of existing salons for sale. And when an existing salon does go on the market owners end up purchasing existing salons for sale. We usually only ever have max 3 – 4 existing salons for sale and are usually reasons like retirement and relocation.
