Franchising New Zealand 2010 research project online now
The Franchise Association of New Zealand reports that the Franchising New Zealand 2010 research project, which will provide important business advice on the industry, went online at 11am on Monday 5th July.
Led by Massey University in partnership with Griffith University of Queensland, the survey will provide a snapshot of the current state of franchising in NZ. Like previous studies, it will be used by franchise systems and franchise professionals as well as government agencies to help inform, provide business advice and make decisions.
This year, Griffith University is running their biennial Franchising Australia survey at the same time and so there will be many opportunities for trans-Tasman analysis and consultancy on the two sectors.
All franchisor organisations operating throughout the country are being invited to complete the questionnaire online so the researchers can be fully informed about the sector in New Zealand and examine its significance in the economy.
