LJS Seafood offers extensive training to its fish and chips franchisees. They will have access to an LJS Support Manager who will offer guidance where necessary.

LJS Seafood conducts continuous product research and development and there is at least one new product or concept being extensively trialled in several company owned stores at any given time. This product research is evaluated before launching nation-wide throughout the Group.
