PinkFit® Licensees work with Merchant partners to provide a total insulation service to new home builders and retrofit insulation to existing homes. As we are a service provider to the Governments EECA Energywise scheme, we are retrofitting a lot of NZ homes with insulation, and this provides a very good base for expansion. Some Licensees have doubled their businesses in 4 months.
Licensees employ their own staff, and train them to PinkFits systems and procedures. Licensees are provided with support from PinkFit® operations, and Healthy Home Group sales and Marketing teams. Licensees generally operate this business from home, employing their own staff, and operating their own vehicles. This in turn makes it a low cost business to run, enhancing potential returns to licensees.
Extensive support is provided by Healthy Home Group covering training, systems, marketing and local sales and relationships with key partners. PinkFit® is also ISO 9000 accredited, and this backs up our internal Quality system.
Qualifications Required - Some Business management skills, either as a line manager, or from running your own small business. Staff and supervision skills, and most importantly Organisational skills. Whilst we do not require specific building industry experience, some understanding of the building industry and building process will be beneficial to prospective Licensees.
PinkFit® Licensees operate alongside merchant partners, to offer an installed solution for Tasmans Products that they offer to the building community, and to retrofit existing homes with Tasmans insulation products.
The License system is fully developed, and licensees enjoy ease of administration by way of a web portal which, once updated by the licensee, invoices Tasman for all work completed. This not only means very simple administration, but ensures prompt payment for licensees.
The PinkFit® system is ISO 9000 accredited, and has a full operations manual and training systems to ensure licensees and staff alike are trained in all aspects of the business. PinkFit® Licensees have the support of a close community of fellow Licensees, and also the backing of Healthy Home Groups sales and marketing teams to promote their business, and assist with developing business at a local level.
