Brian Sutton, has held the Master Franchise for Snap Printing New Zealand since 1993. He oversees five centres, four being in Auckland and one in Tauranga.
His goal is to expand the Auckland market, with an eye to extending development in such cities as Wellington, Hamilton and regional North Island cities
What Skills You Will Need
As an owner you are at the front end of the business dealing with clients and suppliers, managing the business and staff and coordinating your sales and marketing programs. You are not required to be a printer but you need to have a passion for selling too.

Training
At the Snap Training School in Melbourne, you'll receive expert practical instruction in Business Operations, Managing the Business, Printing and Technical Aspects, Marketing and Selling, Accounting and Financial Management at your two week inaugural training. This is backed up by mentoring into your store for a fortnight and ongoing field support. You can elect for you and your staff to attend any future Australian training programmes on an “as needed” basis.
